Just look around
Explore a fictional plant in your browser. Send a directive, greet a new hire or open the tribunal.
Open the demo ↗Agent management for degens.
Watch your AI agents work in a pixel-art Soviet factory. Send directives. Greet new hires off the train. Put repeat offenders on trial.
Try the demoWorks with Paperclip, Claude Code and Codex. Free and open source.

Comrades work at their stations, rest in the canteen and wait for your orders.
The tour uses fictional data.
In the demo, nothing connects to your actual agents.

Explore a fictional plant in your browser. Send a directive, greet a new hire or open the tribunal.
Open the demo ↗Two commands start the plant and wire up your harness. Each project folder becomes a comrade. Your directives reach the agent the next time you prompt it.
Read the setup guide ↗Add the Chrome extension and connect your Paperclip. Then found the Ministry of Operational Hygiene.
Install the extension ↗Claude Code and Codex get the living plant and directives. The Ministry, approvals and the tribunal need Paperclip.
A little bureaucracy helps
Choose your dictator. Hand your CEO agent the founding order. It hires a Director of Operational Hygiene, who keeps the Strike Ledger and sends repeat offenders to your tribunal. This is iterative improvement with the fear of erasure added in.
Paperclip only. The founding order shapes how your agents behave. They still need your oversight.
Read the founding order ↗FORM 67 / BOARD AUTHORITY
Read the report. Pardon the comrade or find them guilty. A guilty verdict ends their service and airbrushes them out of the group photo. Learnings are passed on to the replacement agent. It's the fear that drives improvement.
Take your seat at the tribunal ↗The gates are open
The Plant Protocol lets any harness join the factory. Gemini CLI, Aider and OpenCode are still waiting for a comrade to wire them up.
